Welcome to Trailhead Chalet—a private cabin tucked into 2.5 forested acres at the top of Denton Hill, in the heart of Potter County's famous Dark Skies region. No open fields, no neighbors in sight—just total seclusion surrounded by trees, with one rare advantage: you can ride right from the door.

Irish Farm Road is an ATV / UTV / snowmobile-approved road that connects straight into the Northcentral Region trail system. Rent a UTV from our partners at Denton Go (5 minutes away inside Denton Hill State Park) and ride it back to the cabin—no trailering, no hauling, just throttle and go. (Riding is seasonal—see details below.)

Inside, this is one of the most loaded cabins in the region: a finished basement arcade and game room, a hot tub on the wrap-around deck, a kids' play set in the yard, and room for the whole crew to spread out. It's the perfect mix of adventure and comfort.

The cabin has two levels, and here's the part worth knowing before you arrive: you enter at the driveway level (the game room), and the bedrooms are up one flight of stairs on the main level.

🚪 Driveway Level (where you park and enter—no stairs):
- Game room with a sleeper sectional that folds out to a queen
- Full bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Washer & dryer

⬆️ Main Level (up one flight of stairs):
- Denton Hill Sunset Room: King bed, with a private door into the main bath
- Lyman Run Forest Room: Queen bed
- Kids' Adventure Room: Full-over-full bunk (sleeps 4)
- Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo
- Living room, kitchen, and dining

Every bedroom has a large HDTV with streaming.

👉 Please note: all three bedrooms are on the main level, reached by a flight of stairs from the driveway/entry (game room) level.

🛋 Main Living Room
An open, welcoming space with a 65" HDTV, a large leather sofa, two leather recliners, and behind-the-couch bar seating for four—room for the whole house to watch a movie or the big game. High-speed internet and streaming throughout.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining
Fully stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and a full set of pots, pans, and cooking essentials. Keurig coffee maker with regular and decaf K-cups provided. Island seating for 4 plus a dining/poker table that seats 4 more.

The "Trailhead Chalet Arcade"—your all-seasons entertainment headquarters:

- Driveway level: a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, alongside the washer and dryer
Both are stocked with towels and essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).

🏍 Ride-In Trail Access (Seasonal)
Irish Farm Rd is ATV/UTV/snowmobile-approved and connects to the Northcentral Region trail system. Rent a UTV from our partners at Denton Go—5 minutes away inside Denton Hill State Park—and ride it right back to the cabin. The UTV in our photos is not included, but renting one is easy, and full booking details are sent after you reserve. The PA UTV/ATV trail system is generally open Memorial Day weekend through the last weekend in September; the road is snowmobile-approved in winter.

🐾 Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only)
Up to 3 house-trained dogs are welcome (no cats or other pets), with a loaded dog station—spare leashes, bowls, and treats.

❄️ Comfortable in Every Season
Window A/C units throughout the home from Memorial Day weekend (late May) through Labor Day weekend (early September). High-speed WiFi throughout for streaming or remote work.
